labor day

it is interesting that labor day straddles the republican and the democratic national convention.  last time I check, we don't celebrate wall street banker day, private equity firm manager day and the like, but to one of the political parties, this small group of wealthy  people is becoming much more important in their policies than the millions of real 'labor' in this country.  The democracy in America was never perfect, but it is descending into plutocracy faster than Paul Ryan can ignore fact checkers.
