last thanksgiving I was working, so we skipped it. But this is the third time in four years now we have deep fried a turkey. I don't know if it is the best way to cook a turkey, but I can tell you it probably is the easiest. and something about cooking on the sidewalk makes this a little more fun. we might have over cooked the breast a little this year, but the skin was glorious, I can't stop eating it.
The dinner ended over 12 hours ago, I think I am still full.
