spent the weekend in seattle visiting jason and helen and their newborn Hudson. He turned one month old when I was there. I was five when my sister was born, so I don't really remember what little babies are like. And this is the first little dude I have had a chance to observe this close. It sort of surprised me a little bit that a baby is pretty useless when that are so young. He eats, shits, sleeps and cries, that was all.
It was really good to see everyone happy and healthy, I have not fully absorbed it yet, but I think it gave me a little different perspective on what it means to be a parent.
