spadina street car clusterfuck

So last summer the city of Toronto teared up Spadina street to replace some of the street car track, fixed up some of the shelters at stops etc.  Well, they never finished it by November as they promised.  And now it is almost the summer of the following year, the Spadina street car still does not go past King street (down to where I live).  It is almost like the person who runs the city is too busy smoking crack.
