Just found this picture on my phone. When I was in Dublin a few weeks ago, I stayed at a hotel near Christchurch, and this fish and chip place called Burducks was right around the corner, the best in Dublin according to my cab driver. While fish and chips is not one of my favorite things to eat, this was well done, with a single large piece of cod per order, cooked just right, juicy and tender. The chips were not very crispy partially because the added malt-vinegar, but they were soft and cream inside and addictive. The best part, eating this after quite a few pints of stout and ale ..
