went to toronto island for the first time yesterday, we all know the great lakes are big, but when you are standing at this beach on I think the south side of the island, it really feels like you are looking at the open sea.
the island is close, so the ferry ride is short, the sunset view from the returning ferry reminded me a lot of being on a ferry in puget sound heading towards the city of seattle.
I wonder if they allow camping on the island, I think that would be sweet.
