Another one bites the dust

Attended my second wedding this year last weekend, a very nice and intimate (as intimate as it can be for ~100 people) ceremony followed by a great party in the california wine country on a spectacular summer evening.

Not a disaster

We all know it is going to happen at some point, and I don't know if Joe (aka disaster) could have found a nicer girl to be with, but after the whole thing went down, it still feels a bit like, I don't know... like it was unexpected.

This was the first Chaldean wedding I have attended, and it was really really fun. Most weddings with an open bar are pretty fun for me, but these guys are really into it, from the oldest to the youngest, everyone gets into the mood.  The dance floor was packed the entire time, even after the steak was served, ~3 hours after the cocktail hour started.
