Fat doesn't kill, people kill

So kfc is about to eliminate trans-fat from their joints. there is no question that tans-fat is bad, but after all the studies, all the documentary, does anyone have any sort of illusion that fast food is not going to kill you if you eat it all the time, trans-fat or not? I indulge in popeye's chicken from time to time, and I know it will for sure shorten my life, just like what I drink and smoke. I do those things by choice, knowing they are not good for me. people can't blame others for their own actions, especially when the consequences are known.
