zzzzzz II

I don't know how many of you who read this blog actually follow baseball, hell, I don't know anyone who actually read this bullshit blog. But anyway, Julio Franco, one of the oldest dude who ever play in the MLB, turned 47 yesterday. This dude is pretty amazing. There are bunch of young kids in the majors who probably can't run as fast, hit as good as he can, and he is old enough to be their dad.

And the reason why he is so old and still so good? I read a column yesterday about him, supposedly he takes a nap every afternoon on the couch in the clubhouse. Now we have something here. Not that I will ever able to hit a baseball even if my life depend on it, but it goes to show you that a little zzz in the afternoon does wonder. Maybe it should be written into a law or something.

That, and everyone eating fried chicken on friday for lunch.
